The session brought together local companies and ProChile representatives with the aim of aligning priorities, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening the regional export strategy.

Félix Ramírez, National Coordinator of Mining Suppliers, highlighted the importance of these forums as a space to review the progress achieved during 2025, project actions for 2026, and gain first-hand insight into companies’ needs. In his words: “We are here to work for you; we are at your disposal.”

As part of the session, a market workshop on doing business in Australia was held in Antofagasta, allowing local entrepreneurs to explore concrete diversification opportunities. The activity was led by Juan Pablo Julio, ProChile’s Trade Attaché in Australia, and Marcia Rojas, Regional Director of ProChile Antofagasta.

According to Marcia Rojas, “having the trade attaché visit is a concrete way and a real opportunity to open new markets for entrepreneurs in the region,” underscoring the relevance of creating direct opportunities to internationalize local offerings. For his part, Juan Pablo Julio invited companies to learn more about the Australian market and highlighted the tools ProChile provides to prospect it and connect with its office in that country. He also emphasized the importance of participating in international trade fairs, such as IMARC 2026, to showcase Chilean technological solutions with global potential.

Through this participation, Novamine reaffirms its commitment to international expansion, opportunity diversification, and the development of strategies that strengthen the region’s presence in global markets, bringing local companies closer to competitive and strategic destinations.
