NOVAMINE TAKES PART IN BINATIONAL MEETING TO ADVANCE GENDER EQUITY

On October 21, Alejandra Giménez, General Manager of Novamine, took part in a networking cocktail event organized by E+Mineras, ProChile, and the German Delegation of the Chilean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Chile). The event brought together women leaders from the mining industry to promote gender equity and strengthen international partnerships focused on sustainability.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, a networking cocktail event was held in Santiago, focused on promoting gender equity within the value chains of sustainable raw materials. The event was organized by E+Mineras, ProChile, and the German Delegation of the Chilean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Chile).
Representing Novamine, General Manager Alejandra Giménez joined a distinguished group of professionals and leaders from the mining and related services sectors.
The event aimed to foster the exchange of experiences and strengthen collaboration networks among women from both countries, within the framework of a binational alliance between Chile and Germany focused on sustainability, innovation, and equal opportunity.
Among the notable participants were representatives from Bosch Rexroth, Mercedes-Benz, MAN Truck & Bus, Germany Trade & Invest, IG Metall, ReSource, Wilo Group, Drina Method, FP Hydraulic Hammers, and AHK Chile, who shared insights on the role of female leadership in transforming the industry.
The event highlighted the importance of purposeful networking as a tool to promote the professional and business development of women in mining, while also reinforcing international cooperation in areas such as sustainability, human rights, and technological advancement.
