Under the leadership of our General Manager, Alejandra Giménez, we have advanced in strengthening female participation by promoting initiatives such as “Women in Manufacturing.” Through joint work with high schools and universities, this initiative has opened new opportunities for women in the Antofagasta region within the mining industry.

During this Women’s Month, we want to highlight two of our great leaders: Yesenia Arancibia, Head of Human Resources, and Ximena Vergara, Risk Prevention Engineer. We recognize their commitment, strength, and remarkable ability to balance multiple challenges, inspiring their teams, their families, and more women seeking to make their way in the industry.

Their contribution reaffirms our conviction that female talent is key to building a more inclusive, innovative, and purpose-driven mining industry.
